On Monday 10th August we played a ladies match against Chesham Bowls Club.  Yet again it was a very hot day and we were unable to complete the whole match due to the heat so we played 14 ends instead of the usual 18.  Everyone enjoyed the afternoon and Chalfont only lost by a small margin,  33 CSG to Chesham 36.  Our top winning triple was Margaret Timberlake, Denise Rogers and Candi Ivey with a score of 16 - 10.  Well done and thank you to all who played.
